Border
A two-line border protects the outer edge of this stone. The tympanum has an additional three-line border around its inner circumference. This border also forms frames for the three tympanic designs. The two illustrated panels on either side of the tablet section fulfill the traditional role of flowers with leafed stems. Here the flowers are depicted by a pie-shaped flower with a helix-configured stem of leaves.
Remark
The tympanum has three main design elements. The central image of the face is an early design shaped like a balloon with simple facial features (i.e. circles for the eyes, lines for the nose and mouth). On either side of the face are eight-armed stars also sliced like a pie. In the center of the bottom line are a pictograph for a plant.
