Here lyes buried the body of Sarah the daughter of Mr. Samuel & Sarah Spafard who died October the 7 day 1736 & in the 16 year of her age.

Border
A double-line border extends all the way around the circumference of this stone. Illustrated side panels on either side of the tablet section contain the traditional stems and leaves of the pinwheel-like flower pictured in the upper corners. While they are worn by time, the details in the leaves and stems shows advancement from earlier examples.
Remark
The tympanum has a three-line double border over its arch. Inside of the border, there are three design elements. The oval, pointed at the bottom face with primitive facial details is centermost. On either side of it are circles with six-point stars and the sprig of a tree in the middle of the bottom. There are corner markers in the bottom corners.
