Here lies buried the body of Mrs. Mehetbell Dodge the wife of Mr. Isaac Dodge who died Dec 30 1712 in y_e 31_st year of her age.

- The outer edge of this stone has a two-line border. There are illustrated panels on either side of the tablet section. They combine with the designs in the upper corners for a representation of long abstractly stemmed flowers.
The tablet section has a three-line, double border.
The tympanum has a decorated two-line border inside of the outer border. The design within the border utilizes two different designs. Along the arch of the tympanum, the design resembles a sine wave. Along the bottom edge, the sine wave design has another layer giving it the appearance of a rope.
- Remark
- The primary design element centers on a lightbulb-shaped skull with elliptical-shaped eyes with eyelids, a triangular nasal cavity, simplified teeth and a mouth. A three layer wing is found on each side of the skull.
