Mrs. Joannah Fay wife of Capt. Jonathan Fay, Departed This LIfe June 10th 1788 in the 60th year of her age.

- Two line medium thick border around stone's circumference. Border also encapsulates the shoulders. The tablet has another two line border around its circumference which is gabled at the top. It is medium thick. There is a slightly etched "coda" in between the departed's information and the quote from Revelations.
