Mrs. Mehetabel Brigham Relict of Mr. Moses Brigham died Aug. 30th 1795 in the 71st year of her age.

Border
Two line border around circumference of stone that follows the triple gable design. The edge of the stone is not beveled. After the edge, there is a half inch or so clear border around the entire triple gabled stone that mirrors and refines the stone's shape. There is also a definitive crossbar at the bottom of the tympanum. The border's design shows the increasing realism both in appearance and geometric design. The tablet portion of the stone also exhibits a four line border. One the sides the borders are the 1/2" blank portion that surrounds the stone, then a 2/3" column with triangular tool marks in horizontal rows. Next is the final blank border prior to the actual tablet. Hewing to increased realism, there are corner folds on the innermost border.
