ERECTED in Memory of Lieut. Isaac Parker who died Jan. 26 1798 in the 48 year of his age.
Lament me not as you pass by, As are now so once was I, As I am now so you must be Prepare for death and follow me.

- Two line border around circumference of entire stone. It is thicker in width over the tympanum than the lower tablet section. There is a four line border on the tablet section directed into three sections; a wider blank outer section, a etched equal width section and then a thin blank section.
