In memory of Mrs. Polly Partredge (wife of Mr. James Partredge) who deceas'd Sep.30th 1796 in the 20th Year of her Age.
Also Levi Son of the above named Parents died Oct. 11th 1796 Aged 6 days

- An arch covers the peak of the tympanum and morphs into a medium width border line around the stone's circumference. The bas relief large gabled tablet shows a three line border with the space between lines 2 and 3 being a negative space. Line 1 and 2 for a medium thick border line around the tablet's circumference.
