- A thin two line border covers the upper edge of the tympanum and then, after splitting towards the side panels, proceeds down to encompasses the table and the poem at the bottom.
- Remark
- The central image in the tympanum shows a child's (size and hair) face with wings. The face clearly shows details in the eyes, cheeks, chin and nose.
The wings are simply drawn with minimal details.
