This monument if Erected in memory of M_rs. Abigail Adams wife of M_r. Charles Adams who died Oct_r. 6_th 1796 in the 53 y_r. of her Age.

There is a two line, thin width border around the circumference of this stone. The tablet section has a two line, thick width arch shaped border that leads to the bottom of the plaque. There is an accented serrated line that forms a valley within this border before morphing into a sine wave lead out on both sides.
Remark
The tympanum has a large six armed star in a circle as its centerpoint. There were two smaller four armed stars (more like a compass) to the left and right and another pair on this stone's shoulders.
