It runs between two spools located along the base of the tympanum. After going along the dome, it hops over the stars at the extreme sides of the tympanum. The third border originates and terminates with the two spools on either side of the face. The tablet section has a two line, medium width border around the plaque. The illustrated side panels run around three sides of the tablet sections and contain spools set in complementary juxtaposition to each other.
