- A two-line border lines the outer edge of this stone. A single-line border delineates the tablet section. There are three panels around the tablet section. The upper corners have a six-armed star with flowing abstract leaves/stems leading down both sides and meeting in the middle of the bottom panel.
- Remark
- A stylized "lightbulb" shaped skull with round eye sockets, a triangular nasal cavity, and simplified teeth is bracketed by four-layer wings on each side.
