The outer edge of this stone has a two-line border around its circumference. There are illustrated panels on either side of the tablet section. The corners contained a pinwheel-like flower and the panels contained the stem and leaves.
Remark
The tympanum has two design elements. A lightbulb-shaped skull features simple round eye sockets, a triangular nasal cavity, and two rows of teeth. The wings on either side of the skull depict three layers. This stone's deterioration has recently accelerated.
