A two-line border defends the outer edge of this stone. The tympanum, tablet section, and the three illustrated panels have a single-line border.
The three illustrated panels located to the left, right, and along the bottom of the tablet section. The two side panels are illustrated with a mirror-image, long stemmed, leafed flower. The bottom row is 2/3 circles strung in a row.
Remark
The tympanum has two design elements. A round skull contains round eye sockets, a realistic nose, and an elementary row of teeth.
The wings have two layers and two support bones.
The entire original stone is embedded into a concrete frame which appears to have worn more than the slate!
