There is a medium width two line border around this stone's circumference. The bas relief tympanum is separated by its outline. From the shoulders, down each side and across the bottom is another layer of a border. This space is illustrated with nautilus/rolling wave imagery. At the shoulders are two segment circles from which the waves initiate.
Remark
The skull is of an early vintage with its lightbulb shape, oversized teeth, simple triangular nasal cavity and circular eye sockets. The wings are detailed into small segments and cover 90% of the remainder of the space.
