Stone Type
slate
Tympanum
skull
Border
Originally this stone appeared to have a thick two line border around its circumference. It was lost due to time and the setting of the stone in it's granite frame. There are flowers in circles at each of the stone's shoulders and a more ornate version in the center of the bottom panel. Illustrated panels along the sides and bottom also add to the borders. The tablet itself has a thin width two line border.
Remark
The tympanum is centered by a skull or late early period. While retaining the lightbulb shape, it has become condensed. The nasal cavity uses the triangular form but the teeth are more detailed. The wings are single quill multi-segment designs and fan out from the skull. There are flowers perched over the skull. What is truly odd are the designs in the left and right panels. There is no way to deny their resemblance to a woman's breasts. There are three pair of large and smaller versions per side. The bottom panel is bi-radial in format with plant or wave like designs eminating from the center circle.
