- Stone Type
- slate
- Tympanum

- Border
- Despite the damage done to the stone both prior and during its installation within the concrete frame, it appears that a thin width, two line border encircled the circumference of this stone.
Remnants of the two illustrated side panels remain along with the segment between the tympanum and the tablet. The three panels all include the nautilus shaped designs.
- Remark
- The skull is an early rendition with a light bulb-like shape, eye sockets more round than elliptical, a triangular nasal cavity and a heart shaped mouth.
The background is constructed of multi-segment rows of circular shapes. The shapes are bi-radially laid out to direct the viewer's attention to the center.
