Border
A thin two line border is found along the circumference of this stone. It also forms the outer frame of the tablet section and the bottom of the tympanum. The tablet presents as a bas-relief which adds another two line, medium width border engraved at depth in the negative space for the inner frame.
Remark
The tympanum has two design elements. The arch overhead has morphed into the crown shape with the a top abstract cross. The bottom edge appears as a braided rope. There is ribbing along the crown length. The winged face has made the transition out of a round face to a more correct shape. All the facial features are in proportion and realistic. The eyes are heavy lidded and the hair is striated combed forward. The wings are arched high over the head and include markings for the many feathers.
