Stone Type
slate
Tympanum
face with ornamentation
Border
There is a medium width two line border over the tympanum. It is thinner at the peak and thickens as it goes down the stone's sides. There are two columns etched on either side of the table. They are capped by an almost tuscan cap but it is triangular in profile and seems Egyptian-like. The top of the left one, has a what appears to be a globe over it. There isn't one of the right one.
Remark
The imagery in the tympanum is unique. An early period round face with uneven eyes and a bulbous nose over a straight emotionless mouth sits around two scale-like legs into an abstract representation of wings. No hair is pictured.
Physical Status
