- Stone Type
- slate
- Tympanum
- face with ornamentation, memento mori
- Border
- There is a thin width, two line border around the circumference of this stone.
There are illustrated panels around three sides of the tablet section. The designs are of two plants which begin in the middle of the bottom panel and flower in the top of the side columns.
- Remark
- The tympanum contains four design elements.
The arch overhead includes the Memento mori in the middle. The top edge is serrated around the center of the top line.
The face and wings include a more humanistic face (cheeks, chin, eyes, pulled back hair) atop tap-like wings with minimal detail.
Between the tympanum and the tablet are mirror-imaged plant designs.
The addition of her 14 day old daughter leads one to believe the child birth was difficult and fatal for both the mother and child.
