Death like an overflowing stream, Sweeps us away, our life's a dream; An empty take, a morning flower, Cut down and wither'd in an hour.

- Stone Type
- slate
- Tympanum
- face with ornamentation
- Border
- The tympanum has two line, thin width border over the dome. The entire tablet section is presented as two plaques mounted between three multiple segment Termostone columns. On the top of the two outside columns, fire burn. The columns are mounted on a solid base which includes the final inscription.
- Remark
- The tympanum ahs two design elements. The arch at the top remains over all. The cut of the bottom line brings umbrella imagery into play. The two winged heads are similar but not exactly which could be due to wear patterns. Both exhibit good facial details (nose, eyes, hair, cheeks, chin) and use tab-like wings.
