- A thin two-line border surrounds the outer edge of the stone. Illustrated side panels to the left and right of the tablet feature a long-stemmed flower with the pinwheel shape being the flower.

- Two six legged stars sit on either side of the skull. Half circles form an curtain to the tympanum.
