- A dual line border surrounds the stone. The tympanum and tablet are delineated by a single line. An illustrated panel is on either side of the tablet. A flower on the top leads to the rounded stem and leaves below. The thinner bottom panel displays a row of rounded half-circles.

- The tympanum presents a round skull with round eye sockets. Leaf-like wings extend out to the side.
