- A two-line border surrounds the entire stone. An illustrated panel surrounds three sides of the tablet section. At the upper corners, a pinwheel-like flower is in a circle. the long stems are abstractly pictured down the long side panels and along the bottom panel.

- The tympanum is decorated with a round face skull with round eyes. The face is supported by three levels of wings.
